Because #3 doesn't happen and Customer A throws a fit about not getting their way.  If it really happened that way every time, asking would not be an issue.  But people are a$$holes. [/quote]

Notice even though this happens “many” times PP can’t give the details of even a single instance.  I’m guessing it happens many times *in their heads*, and they’re just itching for the day it actually happens to them and they can gleefully say NO![/quote]
