If you have the same name as someone who is not a citizen (like John Smith) then every John Smith is deemed a non-citizen and sent a purge notice and if you don’t get it and return within 14 days you are off the list. It’s so easy for mail to get lost, especially if you have moved since you last voted. And it’s all so unnecessary. Again 100% of the voters who got kicked off in PW county were eligible voters.
