Except that it wasn't.  The reason Joe Rogan is so successful is that he can make any guest look good, and conversation interesting. Rogan could probably do the same for Kamala, but there is no way her campaign will take a chance on her sitting for 3 hours for an unscripted conversational interview.

I wonder what happened in 2021 that decreased while strandings, and then increased again in 2022.

Did wind projects shut down?
