Anytime they look into this it’s clear that faculty who are hired for diversity reasons are significantly less qualified by [b]objective measures[/b]; publications, cites, research etc.  Can you automatically assume that every candidate is less qualified?  No, but odds are they were significantly less qualified.  [/quote]
