I disagree.  I think they will lose the house due to Trump.  Trump has taken his campaign war chest to pay his own legal fees and legal expenses.  He then embezzled the RNC coffers to pay for his election campaign.  And that leaves no money from the RNC to help down ballot races.  Winnable seats are being lost because candidates cannot afford to compete with advertising and campaign messaging with their opponents.  These candidates only have the funds that their own campaigns have raised as the national party is not helping them out, in fact, cannot afford to help them out, thanks to Laura Trump.

So, they will likely lose the White House and possibly even both chambers of Congress because of Trump.

I supposed that they could say they only have themselves to blame because they refused to stand up and select a better option than a convicted criminal, sexual predator, financial fraud and poor candidate for their national ticket, then enabling him to steal from them.[/quote]
It’s both. Most of the House GOP has spent their year and a half in the majority doing Trump’s bidding and trying to help his campaign rather than governing.[/quote]
