It's not rocket science. You send them a Docusign form of the contract with the property and sellers information filled out, and the buyer fills out the blanks/check boxes and submits it. Anyone on here coming up with excuses or outrageous hypotheticals as to why it can't be done is being ridiculous.[/quote]
