To be clear, medication that stops the heart is given first, and to be clear, if it is threatening my life and ability to mother my two existing children, yes I would proceed with a late term abortion without hesitation. And yes over a c section which is more invasive and carries higher risk. And lastly to be clear, if the fetus carries a fatal abnormality, I would rather this procedure than being forced to carry to term.
