Data is pretty clear that people who immigrate to the United States are more highly motivated and educated than the people that stay behind in their home country. Which makes sense! Imagine the United States was in huge turmoil and it wasn't safe and there was no economy to speak of. Which citizens would find a way to get to Canada, Germany, Japan, wherever -- the people who "can't hack it" or motivated, smart people with some resources?[/quote]
