Clarance needs to go. And bring in some reform that each president gets to appoint a Justice and keep “extra” justices (above the 9 if they are still able to serve) around to cover cases where justices should recuse themselves (which should happen WAY more often). Roberts should recuse himself from any case where his wife was paid more than $50k, etc). [/quote]
