That is what you think? How about trying to actually be a coach? Can he make the 2024-2026 players better? Too many coaches in private schools think it is all recruiting that does not say anything for being a good coach. The old PVI coach did great last year did he recruit? The top kids in Loudoun will go to PVI. Focus on building a good culture and getting buy in from the players. Run a solid system. That is a lost art I guess. [/quote]
