Racial harmony is not good for business. I’m now skeptical of anyone with any sort of DEI-related job title. [/quote] Agree completely. DEI is dividing people and tearing this country apart. It is accomplishing the opposite of its intended goals, and needs to go away. I actually agree with the Florida’s Governor’s decision to expel DEI from the state government.[/quote] DEI puts way too much focus on individual identity, which is the opposite of what you should do if you want to become more inclusive and welcoming.[/quote]
