I do think diversity is a strength (not our greatest strength but a strength) and I think we should respect everyone - use kind language, be polite, etc. - but I do agree that the DEI movement should die. [/quote]

I agree with the second poster. Diversity is a strength, but that this point DEI has become a boom industry full of grifters with a financial interest in keeping us all segregated and angry. Racial harmony is not good for business. I’m now skeptical of anyone with any sort of DEI-related job title. [/quote]

Agree completely.

DEI is dividing people and tearing this country apart.  It is accomplishing the opposite of its intended goals, and needs to go away.  I actually agree with the Florida’s Governor’s decision to expel DEI from the state government.[/quote]

DEI puts way too much focus on individual identity, which is the opposite of what you should do if you want to become more inclusive and welcoming.[/quote]
