Again they were probably there as observers, advisors and trainers.[/quote] Well a couple of things. 1) We were told that there are no troops on the ground 2) The War Powers Resolution requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days, with a further 30-day withdrawal period, without congressional authorization for use of military force (AUMF) or a declaration of war by the United States. 3) This is what we did in vietnam as advisors/trainers which lead to actual war 4) This means we are actually at war, and Russia can go after us in any way they want[/quote]
