So, you are voting for your daughter to have to attend sex education with boys.
You are voting to have your daughter compete with boys for a space on the team.
You are voting to have troubling graphic novels in the school libraries.
You are voting to give the leadership of the teachers' unions great power to influence what is taught in the schools.
You are voting to eliminate strong academic requirements in schools.

Oh, please. You're casting these issues in the most inflammatory way possible. I, personally, don't mind my DD having combined classes in MS. Sorry, I hear what she's hearing already and FLE is the least offensive things.

My DD is not competing with boys. She's a high-performing athlete in her own right and we are not concerned about this.

"Troubling" is in the eye of the beholder. You behold for your kid; leave me to mine. I"m fine with them.

I grew up in a union family. And while I often am on the other (litigation) side of them now, they are valuable and I support them.

The last point . . . is not a thing. It's just not.

And FTR, I'm not asking for your validation, permission, or approval. I will be dead in the ground before I would check the box/pull a button/lever for anyone with an "R" after their name again (I have in the past, never will again). Posts like yours -deliberately misleading, if not outright lies- are one reason why. [/quote]
