This article claims that a D&C is legal in Arkansas if the fetus has died.

The article is incorrect in this point there is no exception for a dead fetus under the law. They article does note that in Arkansas, Jessa could not have an abortion if her healthnwas in jeopardy. She would need to wait until it was necessary TJ save her life. [/quote]
