1.The ANC actually had a valid point that GDS was late - it was stupid and entitled. So fine them whatever the contract says and move along. You don't deserve 4 MILLION DOLLARS for a contract violation unless the contract says so. You would think since this guy is  a "Lawyer" he would know that.

2.Maybe there needs to be more clarification about Wisconsin drop off and what constitutes 
a "Violation" and what defines neighborhood. If someone drops kid a Starbucks in Tenleytown is that OK? I think the local businesses want those morning customers.

3. Whose interests is this crazy dude representing? Instead of screaming about Tesla, singing, and cutting off neighbors who are trying to work with the school for positive change maybe do your ANC Job and listen to your constituents and figure out how to find resolution.

The ANC was an embarrassment. It's why that jerk Mitch McConnell said the federal government "Needs to give 'adult supervision'" to DC. That is coded language  and racist as F, but behavior like this Tenleytown/GDS meeting makes DC  look like a bunch of toddlers and lunatics.[/quote]
