I think they need to get rid of the DCC all together. I get why they started it but it no longer makes sense. It's basically school choice..and not offering that to all families is inequitable. They either make other consortiums or get rid of the concept period.[/quote]

Why does it no longer make sense? The geography is part of the reason for the consortium, because there are five high schools situated within a few miles of each other. That is unlikely further upcounty.[/quote]

There are kids who go to Seneca Valley who live close to Poolesville. And  Hallie Wells split articulates to Clarksburg and Damascus.[/quote]
