I am not a Kate fan but I take a perverse joy in how bad she is at dressing herself. She’s up there with Ivanka for “really? That? Those pieces together? You’re gonna style it like… well, okay.” I love the dress but hate it on her because it fits poorly, but it’s so bad I LOVE IT. If that makes any sense. [/quote]

I do, actually! I really appreciate royal style in general. The Queen’s clothes were amazing, first of all. I really enjoyed this book https://www.amazon.com/Queen-70-Years-Majestic-Style/dp/1788795261 and Anne’s clothes are great, too. I can’t say that I liked the Queen Mother’s clothes and Camilla’s clothes are neither here nor there for me, but Diana’s clothes were awesome. The one who cannot be named (because flying monkeys descent to attack her in absentia) has had some real hits.

Kate’s clothes are just slightly too bonkers. This green dress was so close but missed it. I will give her that that one gold dress she wore to a premiere of something was OTT in a good way. [/quote]
