Taking down a statue of Lee in Texas or wherever?  If the motives of the ones who put it up were impure, then it makes sense to take it down.  Taking down a memorial to Lee in Arlington Cemetery, at his home?  That is a bizarre thing to do.  [/quote]

Not to him. Let’s get this straight he is a traitor. He has no place among men and women who fought for this country. Many who are poc or fought while their families were in America concentration camps. He is not a great man. Just another petty losers who thought they could beat the USA. Should have been executed after the war.[/quote]
