Princess Anne, Maryland is economically and socially depressed. We visited while touring UM Eastern Shore. It could be a nice, small college town. The downtown area and surrounding homes had drugged out towns folk lingering on corners and in doorways. It's the county seat, so I imagine that surrounding communities are even worse off financially. There has to be some industry and money coming into a town in order to maintain population and properties. [/quote]
