Use this as an opportunity to weed out crazy teachers.  They should not be bullying kids for exercising their statutory rights.  Build a dossier if you have to, but the teacher needs to respect the law and suffer the consequences if they discriminate in any way. [/quote]

And all the parents of kids with IEPs are rolling their eyes. Do you know how many Teachers and Principals do not follow the law when it comes to following IEPs and 504 palns? But sure, go ahead and say that Teachers dealing with the mask issue should be weeded out and not the ones who have been ignoring kids learning needs that are formalized in an IEP.

You are a parent with a political agenda that is putting that in front of everything else. You only care about discrimination when it comes to your pet cause. [/quote]
