Yes, and a Loudoun Co. judge ruled that it was fair to have a tip line reporting bias.  So interesting that this was a-ok with our resident liberals, but of course, they're outraged that Youngkin decided to do something similar.

A U.S. District Court judge in Alexandria on Wednesday dismissed a complaint that sought to suspend the Loudoun County School Board from operating a program the division adopted to combat systemic racism in the school division by collecting data on accounts of such incidents.
