The workfare recipients that run MCPS have an agenda. The backed away from RHLP because that turned into a political storm. They kept RCH because they already wasted money on a study, and they look like idiots enough for having to dump RHLP. Norwood and Lynbrook....it goes without saying. They had their representation upped in this go-around, and East Bethesda needed to assure its isolation from the east (love me, I am a liberal). And we got nailed based on size and location.
