It is a sun damage.  I look my age (48) but I don't have those creases because I've always been religious about sunscreen and avoiding the sun.  My dermatologist often comments on it.  [/quote]

I think it’s genetic. [b]I am olive complected and baked in the sun in the 80s. I have the exact same chest creases and facial wrinkle patterns as my lily white mother who is allergic to the sun.[/b][/quote]

So to me, that basically comes down to the same thing. You had a melanin advantage and baked, and your mother did not and was "allergic to the sun." I mean, it's going to get us all eventually but this points more towards sun being the problem than less. [/quote]
