[/quote] I don't know where you live but leash laws are enforced on public property and public schools are public land. Dogs should be on a leash. You could be at a private school so maybe they are fine with dogs off leash but that would not fly in most public schools. The schools in my county have signs telling people that dogs are not allowed on the property. People still bring dogs but they should not be. [/quote]
