DCPS follows the AAP guidance but if it didn't, half of our Amys on here would be just the one quoted.[/quote]

It's weird to keep positing that DC parents don't have a choice of virtual school, which they do.  Feel free to go to virtual school, or homeschool.[/quote]

Losing your spot/feeder rights in a charter, citywide or OOB DCPS is not a real option. I bet every parent on here would be satisfied with “go ahead and homeschool for a semester and then re-enroll.”

Sure it is, if you want to  keep your kids alive or at least free of long-term covid.  That's what the argument is about, right?  You can't possibly profess to care THIS MUCH about risk to your kids but then care EVEN MORE about your charter spot.  Seriously?  Your charter spot?  Come on.[/quote]
