I seriously dislike that Netflix is doing multiple seasons for Kdramas. Part of what I love about them is they're one and done. I'm not seeing nearly as much of the wide eyed "I'm so shocked you're kissing me" scenario in new Kdramas. Most are becoming more realistic and mature. If anyone wants a list of "real kiss" Kdramas, I'd be happy to oblige, as far as the ones I've seen.
Can you list your favorites? I’m one who love love loved Crash Landing and have tried many many since then. I haven’t been able to watch past one or two episodes.
Sure! For some of these you have to venture outside of Netflix - most are on Viki, which is pretty cheap and a great site. Here are some of my favorite "real kiss" or "real romance" kdramas: Hundred Million Stars / Smile Has Gone from Your Eyes (warning: this gets very sad) 20th Century Boy & Girl (light, sweet vibe) Come Here and Hug Me (this one's a bit scary) Just Between Lovers (sad but uplifting, based on a true event that happened in Korea) Because This Life is Our First (quirky) Live Up to Your Name (time travel fantasy - somehow both funny and serious) It's Okay, That's Love Search WWW (couple in their 30's finding love amidst career) Weightlifting Fairy (cute college couple romance) Healer (I'm the Healer fangirl who also posted above - not realistic, sort of action-y, so fun) Fight My Way (frieds finding their way in the world and falling in love) Scent of a Woman (sad but hopeful) I'm sure I've got more, but that's a good start! Hope some of these hit the spot for you.
