Let’s be real. How many boys did we know in HS or college who would pretend to identify as a female so that they could dominate in their sport? Zero. There won’t be an influx of trans women dominating all the sports, robbing kids of scholarships and opportunities. Give me a break. People are imagining a problem that doesn’t exist. As for bathrooms, I really don’t get the issue. If their intention is to gain access to these bathrooms to prey on children (it’s not), then I have news for you. THERE ARE CHILDREN IN THE OTHER BATHROOM TOO! And if it’s the opposite sex children they are interested in targeting, I don’t think they would need to go to the trouble of living their lives fraudulently identifying as the opposite sex. They could just put on a dress and wig. Nobody is checking medical records on their way into the restroom. People need to get a grip and stop thinking everyone is out to get them and their children.
That’s. It the point. The point is that a transgender boy-to-girl school athlete has a tremendous biological advantage over born-females, and it is completely unfair to these girls who will be robbed of scholarships. The fact is that the worst-performing runner on the boys team could beat every single girl on the girls’ tram.
Meant to say...that’s NOT the point.
