It’s an old libertarian talking point.

The libertarian party — long a coalition of naive mostly-white conservative men and rightwing billionaires who want to exploit naive libertarians to cut taxes Il the wealthy — has been talking about destroying government for decades.

And today’s GOP has been taken over by the radical libertarian donors.

The whole mission of the modern Republican Party is to harm government to cut taxes on the rich.

This is why Republicans see a real political advantage for them to denigrate teachers and teachers unions.
