Hogan seems to be suggesting that we'll a gradual reduction of restrictions as we go through the stages. I fully expect, for example, that we'll see libraries reopen with mask requirements and capacity restrictions. And aren't we already doing that with pools in other parts of the state?[/quote The lap swimming only at pools is all MOCO and Elrich. My sister's pool in Baltimore County is open. Its reduced capacity and you need to get your temp checked and weat a mask when signing in, but open for kids to play. I'll be going this weekend. [/quote]
