Re: San Antonio -- Are you healthy and relatively young? I wouldn't cancel. The State of Emergency is mostly attributable to Lackland/JBSA proximity and central role in receiving infected cruise ship passengers/evacuees, who are now being released. Yes, they will go through the airports and probably eat at a local restaurant or stay in a hotel. It is possible they could still get sick like that re-quarantined woman did after her release. If you're worried, wear a face mask during travel, disinfect surfaces you're going to touch, and wash your hands. Don't hang out at the Riverwalk. Re: Seattle -- Are you healthy and relatively young? Going as a tourist or visiting friends/family? Not the best time to be touristing and I'd verify your friends/family aren't hanging out in hot zones or Pikes Place. People there are freaking out and I can't imagine it will be particularly fun in the city but plenty of safe outdoorsy stuff to do if you want to go. Sibling lives there and says there's no disinfectant/medical supplies/cleaning supplies/etc to be found anywhere...so BYO supplies and meds if you do go.
