The reason there are schools that are "grossly under-enrolled" is because they are completely terrible schools that should probably be shut down. If you have kids (and if you don't have kids, you should STFU about schools) you know it's hard to find good schools in DC. Why do you think Wilson High School is bigger than many colleges? [/quote]
