So what's the plan then? Send some kids from Potomac 15 miles away to change the education culture of the rest of the school? To teach Hispanics how to speak English? To teach black kids how to study? What exactly is the purpose? How do you stop the white kids from doing well and everyone else from doing poorly like in the link. You keep ignoring the link because it's an example of the future of MoCo. The next step will be to blame them because they're white.
Hey, "don't over use those loaded words" PPs - is it ok to call this PP a racist? They think that -Hispanic kids can't speak English -black kids don't know how to study -white kids will get blamed for being white
DP ever here of generalizations moron are stats racist Asians perform better than whites who perform better than black and Hispanics in almost any objective metric of "success" of course this is almost all related to SES which as we all know has a high correlation with race in this area. Simply put there aren't very many poor whites in this area and there is an over representation of poorer blacks and Hispanics so again are all of these facts racist. Take the advice of other posters and quit throwing around racism and segregation
