Oh,  please.  That is such a BS  excuse. 
Most of these "witnesses'"  opening statements have already been made public.  The public knows what they have said due to leaks. 
Why can't we see the questions that were asked and their responses?  Because..... they don't fit Schiff's narrative. 
The Democrats learned from the Mueller testimony that open hearings don't work in their favor.  Simple solution - make everything secretive.  [/quote]
