Seems like there are still a few spots open at MU. ID Sessions scheduled for today, tomorrow and next week.
Oh boy. Ps. Its June. There are no free agents roaming around.
PS. They probably prefer to follow the rules and not openly recruit from other DA clubs. So holding sessions keeps word out there are open spots and when the window opens which is the end of the season, July 1, then those players who do not like their environment can have a look. But you know, some clubs would prefer to risk a kids season just to get someone from another DA.
I’ve read the rules and did not see the limitations you’re referencing in there. Cite please? https://ussoccer.box.com/s/wk8nm2mwq34yvbbu548pvwywmdkklzju
“c) If a player trains with another DA team prior to receiving a release, they may not be permitted to transfer to that DA Club. ”
Rosters are done. Clubs gave early offers to their best players to prevent movement. You would now if a player was looking. They would have already made themselves available. You would also now if a rival club was intrested. Nobody jumps ship until they have a home. The ones that leave typically leave early. As far as DA to DA. I assure you, Arlington and FCV rosters are done. ECNL rosters are done as well.
