Also there is not a 4 bed shack to be had for $500k. It’s using comps from Silver Spring. You’d think an algorithm can be adjusted to differentiate with two different states.[/quote] DP. I just checked Redfin and no Silver Spring comps listed for my SP home. However, they did list comps from Takoma DC--odd that they don't limit to the immediate neighborhood.[/quote]
