PP gets it.  Historically the residents of SP have been middle and upper middle class of various races in nearly equal amounts. Truly a DC Unicorn. I hope SPs demographic fate doesnt end up mirroring WOTP. [/quote]

Um, no—whose “wish?”  We like our diverse neighborhood, thank you very much.  And there are definitely black families and other POC continuing so move in, and some AA older residents passing homes down to relatives, so the change to a WOTP type of neighborhood won’t happen very quickly.[/quote]
