What people are saying is that MCPS should have a say in school boundaries. Also, the residential geography of Montgomery County didn't just happen by itself, like sunrise. Fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly, people gotta live in neighborhoods segregated by income and ethnicity - nope. We have segregated neighborhoods by design. On purpose.
