We do have legislation in place and we have both criminal and civil courts to deal with tax frauds, cheats and financial crimes.  You obviously didn't read the article - if you did - you would read that the Trumps broke the law, defrauded the government and illegally made stock trades, not to mention inflating invoices and other illegal accounting practices.  It's one thing to legally work the tax code to avoid liability, it's entirely another to commit down-right tax fraud for years and years.  [/quote]

Whereas in Spain the husband of the royal princess is doing hard time in jail for tax fraud.  And their former Minister of Finance is now in prison for receiving financial incentives from financial institutions.   Not all countries have the same tolerance for fraud and graft.[/quote]
