High school should be much deeper than fielding a winning team for a season with a bunch of transfers--it should be about forming life long relationships with fellow students, teachers, counselors all in a tight knit community. If you take away sports, what does Bullis stand for? It seems that the values on display by the headmaster and many others at Bullis during this episode were very shallow and not focused on the true virtue of the high school experience. [/quote]
