Basically every family in FCB came from another club where they were not happy with something - coaches, other parents, drama, training. 95% are remaining with FCB. I’d say they have tapped into the people who are looking for something other than the typical DMV Travel experience, and for that segment of people, are delivering. Clearly this won’t be a fit for everyone. There are plenty of people who are happy with their current clubs, despite what is posted on DCUM, and for those FCB is not right. Doesn’t mean one is better than the other. The market is large enough to support different models and frankly the differentiation and competition between clubs is a good thing
My question is how well do they do with the older age groups. As my DD has gotten older, it's harder and harder to find quality opportunities. Older kids tend to drop off and lose interest, realize they don't have what it takes, or maybe even just don't want to dedicate that kind of time. So for this, how old is the oldest age group? (not one outlier, but like a solid group of kids)
