That's all anyone is pointing out. The precedent with the boundary decisions has been set that they are tightening the geographic areas around neighborhood schools. If you happen to live in an area that has a strange boundary (where you're going to a school that isn't the one closest to your house), a holdover from the time when the county cared about segregation, consider yourself warned.
