So you'd lose any of the OOB students now who aren't at risk and replace them with kids who are. [/quote] Can't lose them after they are already there, they have rights to stay in the school and go through the feeder pattern. With schools where the entire class is IB for a by right grade, there is no replacing to do. There's either further increase class side for the at risk kids or create additional classrooms. In hat broom closet they'd put those in certain schools, I don't know. [/quote]
