[/quote] Everything was settled in 1991. The record shows that people, including Donbas and Crimea, voted with a huge majority to join Ukraine. Everything since then has been manipulations by Putin's regime, to try and make Ukraine a puppet/vassal state via political and propagandist means, and failing that, to divide and conquer Ukraine by force.
