The courts really took the DC government to task.[/quote] Well the McMillan citation was odd but you know as much about the case as the earlier poster it would seem. The "agency" that was cited by the Court of Appeals was the Zoning Commission which is not an agency but an appointed board. The ruling also pointed out the many problems with contradictory language in the Comprehensive Plan which is a law passed by the DC Council. None of which really contains any illuminating or relevant points of comparison to the Hearst pool process. Now there are all sorts of concerning things about how "DC Government" operates that you could cite, including from the McMillan process, that would potentially be of comparative value. But you have no idea what you are talking about and didn't manage to do that.[/quote]
