Older people have thin skin and bleed easily. This happened to my parents in their 80s; always arms and legs. A bump could cause bleeding. To me it looks like bleeding which could have happened from grabbing her arm or bumping her leg on something. There isn't a lot of blood and the cut could have been small. [/quote]
