Here is the full report:
90. In Kyiv region, in March 2022, two Russian soldiers entered a home, raped a 22-year-
old woman several times, committed acts of sexual violence on her husband, and forced the 
couple to have sexual intercourse in their presence. Then, one of the soldiers forced their 
four-year-old daughter to perform oral sex on him, which is rape.

Note that supposedly this happened around Kiev in March, where Russian soldiers were rather busy at the time.

Sorry, it doesn't work that way.  Also, even the Ukrainian Air Force said right from the start that the "Ghost of Kiev" was a myth.

Now the Russians, on the other hand - have lied about literally everything in this war.  Like Lavrov saying on February 23rd 2022 that Russia was not going to invade and that it was all just "western hysterics."  Or the Russian Navy claiming the Moskva was on its way to port under its own power when in fact it was sunk.  The Russians have lied about EVERYTHING.  [/quote]
