We have a leather couch from Arhaus that's 8 years old. It gets a ton of use from us, our 3 rowdy kids, and even our dog. Still looks and feels almost like new.
I was about to chime in and recommend Arhaus as well. My DH was adamantly against leather and I usually hate microfiber, but we were able to get a microfiber that doesn't have that typical microfiber look/feel to it, but still wears like iron. I can't tell you what I have wiped off of this couch with a damp cloth over the past 3 years. The couch itself still looks great as far as the upholstery, pillows, etc. If you look at the ARhaus website they talk about how the couches are made-- for example they are 8-way hand-tied, which I remember thinking was important but I can't remember why. Still, I can't imagine buying a couch, let alone a $5K couch, without seeing the space first.
