[/quote] IKR, it's a nice, convenient neighborhood, and a house is adequate size and condition. It has a very good workable floor plan for a family of 4, even a bedroom on the main floor. It's in good enough condition to move in without having to renovate right away, and renovate gradually while living there (like bathroom by bathroom, basement, etc). IDK where people get this idea that starter homes must be new construction mcMansions or fully remodeled 3k sq.ft older homes in premium areas.
