[/quote] I think you're missing the point. The idea here is that lots of people who are used to tornadoes don't consider them particularly scary. I don't anyone needs to worry about anyone chasing tornadoes in DC because 1. we get about 1 tornado every 25 years and 2. with our traffic, no one can chase anything. [/quote]
