Yeah, it's the first state, but should not even be a state. It should be part of Maryland, as should Virginia's Eastern Shore. To be fair to Delaware, I like Fenwick Island and Bethany is OK. Other than that, when I think of Delaware, I think of Joe Biden- nice guy, decent President- especially if we're comparing to the current one. He just got in office too late, was too old.
